#07 - Dealing with Death/The Overdose Crisis

This was a tough podcast to record.

Rarely are we given a blueprint of how to handle the gutpunch that is death. Having a bright light leave this world too early is devastating to say the least.

I have had friends pass away too early and have known many more who's lives were affected by loss. No one s immune.

This week, the rapper Mac Miller lost his battle with addiction. This, unfortunately, is not an isolated case. It seems more and more are losing their lives to addiction, and we are left to pick up the pieces. 

On this podcast, I simply talk. Being with our emotions brings out wisdom beyond our comprehension. Let's be present together as we understand and grieve another loss.
